Children’s parties – We provide creative fun for children, usually from 4 years old and up. You choose the pieces of pottery for the party and, on the day, we come equipped with everything the young artists will need to create a unique masterpiece at the venue of your choice. We will then tidy up and leave you to enjoy the rest of the party. A week later we return the glazed and fired artwork to the party organiser.

We offer parties for between 6 and 15 children. For a smaller or bigger group, please consider the Take-away pottery pack.

Playgroups, youth and adult painting sessions for community groups and charitable organisations– We come to join your group for a painting session and bring everything you need to paint a pot or do hand and footprints of little ones. In order to offer a discounted price, we will need mums/dads/carers to supervise the activities with young people.

Discounted prices from £6.00 per person for groups of at least 15 painters

Take-away pottery packs– Choose a piece of pottery (or several) and pick up the pottery painting pack, paint at a time to suit you. Paint as many pieces as you want with as many painters as you like. Once your artwork is created, return the painted items to Sparkle & Co to be glazed and fired. After a week, the finished artwork will be yours to pick up.

Sparkle & Co are based in Barwick-in-Elmet, East Leeds. A pick-up point in Leeds city centre can be arranged.

Take-away pottery packs contain: Blank piece(s) of pottery of your choice, ceramic paints, paint brushes, palette(s), sponge, colour chart, instructions and inspirational ideas.

Prices start at £7.50 for a basic pack with 1 mug and 6 colours. Please contact us with your requirements and we will give you a quote and send you a price list – you only pay for materials, glazing and firing. If you require delivery, please ask for a quote – free delivery^* if you spend £60 or more.

Please note that a refundable deposit is required to secure the use of the take-away packs.

Schools and nurseries – It is paramount for Sparkle & Co to promote artistic activity as a means to develop children’s self confidence and skills.

We offer sessions in nurseries to capture hand or footprints and to let toddlers be sparkling artists with a paintbrush to create a long lasting memory.

We provide schools with curriculum-based projects in class or group projects such as a tiled mural to commemorate a special event.

We are also able to supply you with bisque ware and paint to let you do your activities. Once you finished your project, we will glaze and fire the artwork and return it to you.

Hen parties and girly nights in – You get the drinks and nibbles and we bring everything you need to get creative – paint and have fun; a mug or bowl to brighten up those early mornings, a vase for mum, or something for the bride to be…

Once you painted your mug, plate, bowl or other decorative item, we take the masterpieces away, glaze and fire them and deliver them back to you to enjoy.

We cater for groups of between 6 and 12. For a smaller or bigger group, please consider the Take-away pottery pack.

Fundraising events or corporate team building events – Trust us with your fundraising event – together we decide on a percentage of sales made to go to your chosen good cause. Or invite us to a team building event; paint a mug for your tea at work or a plate to brighten up lunch time and get to know a completely different side to your colleagues.

Baby hand and footprints – Bring your baby to Sparkle & Co in Barwick- iin- Elmet (East Leeds) and we will help you to create a very special keepsake for you. You can personalise the plate with your babies name, birth date or date of print. Alternatively, you can invite us to come to your parent/carer and child group or come to one of our events.
